Seasons’ Greetings! I want to wish you a Happy Holiday
season and a safe and healthy New Year! Personally, I can’t wait to
see what this new year will bring; this past year has been an
interesting one to say the least. Energy costs have been on a roller
coaster ride but, happily, they seem to be trending down. That’s
good news for us, for you, and for our economy.
Will the downward trend continue? I don’t know. Many people ask me
what prices will do in the future and I can only chuckle. I’ve been
in this business for more than twenty years and not only can I not
predict what will happen to oil prices in the future, I can’t
explain what’s happened to them in the past!
One thing I do know is that we are committed to helping you through
these tough times. So whether you are talking to one of our friendly
customer service representatives, chatting with one of our oil
drivers, or having a cup of coffee with one of our knowledgeable
service technicians, ask them about the many programs we have
available to help. I’m sure they’ll tell you about our SmartPay plan
which can help manage your bills by spreading out your payments;
about the Heat Manager, which is a state-of-the-art control we can
install on your boiler that can significantly reduce your oil
consumption; about our C.A.R.E. above ground storage tank program
that could literally save you thousands of dollars in the event of

installation of new heating and cooling equipment – There’s an
